    Hi everyone, just recently accepted an RN position at Mayo Clinic Rochester and had some questions as a new grad: - I live in NJ and worked in NYC, how big of a culture shock should I expect coming in? -I also graduated from an ADN program, how does Mayo treat new nurses without BSNs? -Is it true that things like foleys and blood draws are done by specific teams? If so, what do you guys do to train or not get rusty doing these skills? -What should I expect during orientation? I'm really anxious about doing rounds in the morning and giving report, I feel like I'll sound very uneducated and miss important points LOL Thank you!
