  1. The same issue I had, my RPN GPA is around 79%. UOIT last year's cutoff was mid-80s, so I have to take either a college certificate or a university course to upgrade. Each college-approved certificate is worth 4 credits, and the college course is worth 1 credit, but the university course doubles the credit of college courses. I already applied to Trent Compressed Nursing and UOIT, but it is unlikely to be accepted. I sent emails to UOIT but never replied to you specifically. I was wondering which upgrade courses that I should take now in order not to waste my time.
  2. I had the same question about whether Registered Practical Nurses equivalent to ADN RN in States or not. If not, does any online accelerated program in the US to allow us writing the NCLEX-RN? Lots of confusion for the RPN title in Ontario! The rest of the province called licensed practical nurses but RPN in Ontario. RPNs did exactly the same works in the hospital as RNs except for some units.
