  1. I also received the letter stating the exact same thing. My next letter I received from the Board telling me that my case was forward to the Attorney General. Next, the Attorney General contacted me so that I can sign the Settlement Agreement. Then finally the Board voted to approve my petition.
  2. Does your case require the hearing, Anon3663? My case did not require a hearing, and it was processed very quickly. From the time I filed the petition until it got approved was less than a month. I also received the letter from the Board stating that the Board is streamlining the petition process. That is why my case got approved very quickly. Please keep us updated about your case, Anon3663. I think that your case will get approved either this month or next month. Good luck!
  3. I got in the program at Samuel Merritt University. It is quite expensive but the school has good reputation.
  4. At the beginning, my probation monitor already informed me about the option of early termination of probation at 2 years mark. Exactly at 2 years, I filed a petition for early termination of probation with supporting documents from my coworkers and boss. Since I did not violate any terms of my probation, approximately at 2 weeks I received a letter from CA BRN stating that I didn't need a hearing, and my file was forward to the Attorney General for next step. One week later, the Attorney General sent me the Stipulated Settlement. And one more week passed, I checked the breeze website and saw the my petition for early termination of probation has been granted, and my RN license is fully restored.
  5. I was on probation with CA Board of Registered Nursing. I got released from probation 11 months early. In addition, I got accepted to the MSN-FNP program and will start in Fall 2021. Life is good! There is light at the end of the tunnel.
