  1. Good luck to you both! When I was accepted last semester we knew two days later but it really varies especially considering campus was closed early yesterday and will be closed all day today.
  2. The classes you will have the option to CLEP are Mental Health, OB, and Pediatric nursing. I have found it so much easier to only have to focus on one class as opposed to two. You just pay the money (I believe it’s $75) and you will take the exam through HESI as well. The instructor will provide you with study material like PowerPoints and lectures to help prepare for it. You must make a 77 or higher to successfully CLEP the course. Hope this helps!
  3. I actually told you wrong, I just went back and checked and I got an 88.67 on my HESI. You will def get in! It’s not bad actually. You just have to go into it already knowing your study style. I have had the same study partner since PN school and it has worked for us. Also, CLEP every chance you get!! Every semester I’ve only had one course because I CLEP out. It’s so much easier to just focus on one class. But overall I am so thankful I took the LPN route first because it has helped me. My LPN program was HARD!! So it definitely prepared me for this.
  4. I did! I’m currently in my second semester. I made an 84 overall on the HESI.
  5. Hey! I have recently applied to WKU's LPN-ASN program and was wondering if anyone on here has been accepted in past cohorts and could tell me their HESI scores? I'm wanting to see if I have a shot. Thank you!
