    We are reformatting our call schedule at my hospital. If anyone can share how their call works-- how many shifts, what the shifts are, how many team members? It might help open up some ideas that we haven't thought of. Also, curious if you've heard of a max number of call shifts that can be required by the department? I'm in Oregon so I'm sure there's something state to state, but the language is difficult to navigate for Oregon labor laws. Thanks! Any ideas or answers help (hopefully!)
