Hey friends! Congrats to all who made it to interviews! I got my email as well saying I wasn't selected for this round. But encouragement for all of us who didn't get in this time is that we have a great chance to get hired as a little more experienced nurses- I'm always seeing job openings for CHC for Clinical Nurse II's so we can apply again in a few years! Good luck on your further searches and those who have interviews coming up!

Hey all!! I still haven't heard anything yet either- I'm wondering if they will still be contacting people with offers in June since the website says interviews/offers will take place May-June? I'm kinda scared of accepting an offer somewhere else and then finding out too late I got an interview at CHC...

Thanks!! It is adults and from what I've heard the patient ratio is usually about 3:1 (or 2:1 or 1:1 if you are in the BMT-ICU). And no, I did not apply to UCHealth. Only HCA, Denver, SCL and CHC. ?

You are correct! They do not hire new grads directly into ped's units. (Congrats on your offer btw) I have an offer for the BMT unit at PSL to start in the fall.

Thought I would start a thread in case others are looking for info about these residencies. Please share any news about interviews, units hiring, experiences etc! Good luck everyone! So far my Denver Health applications just say "Further Review." I've had one preliminary interview with SCL Health and HCA HealthONE and have two interviews with HealthONE this week (both at PSL). My ultimate goal is pediatric nursing and am waiting to hear from CHC. Is anyone else planning to apply to the Summer Centura residency if you aren't offered something you want from these hospitals?

Howdy! I applied to just the Anchutz location! When I spoke with the nurse residency manager last fall (I had some questions about the program) she said that starting with the December cohort they will be taking external applicants again- happy for us! It looks like last year they started contacting people about interviews on May 19th- maybe it will be similar for our cohort?
