Hi! I'm on the same boat as you. I'm assuming we're probably waitlisted. They're likely waiting for the candidates to either accept or reject offers by the Thursday deadline. Based on that, we would either get a call or rejection email, hopefully by tomorrow. By that logic, you'd think that I would stop refreshing my email and portal every ten minutes ?

I called the unit manager who confirmed my interview last week and asked the same thing. She said to just bring myself LOL. They should have a copy of our resume and cover letter already.

Also heard from the CTICU today! Good luck everyone. Keeping my fingers crossed ??

Just finished my screening interview as well! I was asked three questions from the essays as well. They were very friendly and put me at ease for sure. Good luck to everyone still interviewing and those of us patiently waiting for the next call.

See you guys tomorrow for virtual Duke Days! I don’t have any specific questions yet, but I plan on attending to meet our cohort and faculty.

Thank you for this info!! Very helpful! I plan on moving to Raleigh since my aunt lives there. Thought I'd save some money and just commute. What do you think of the drive from downtown Raleigh to campus? Should I reconsider and find a place closer to the university?

Yes! So nerve wracking haha! Based on previous forums and cohort, it looks like we skipped the “under faculty review” and jumped straight to “under review”. Next step is “under committee review” oooor we might skip that too since I get the impression that they release decisions towards the end of the month.

Same here! It’s been under review for a week now. We’re getting there!
