    I’m happy to hear that after 8 years away from Nursing and the NCLEX, that you’re preparing to begin your journey of studying for the exam. I’m in the same boat as you. I graduated 4 years ago and due to illness and life’s experiences, I haven’t taken the NCLEX exam. I’m currently preparing to take the exam this year. As the other poster suggested, I would first see if your state requires you to take a refresher course.
