Have you tried emailing the woman who sent us the offer letters?

The email just had some general info, but I got a call on Thursday and then an email that night telling me my orientation face-to-face time was Monday at 12:10. He said they are doing the face to face part in small groups bc of covid and then much of it online. Is there a way to direct message me on here? I’d share his email with you that way but don’t want to post publicly. Sounds like everyone has different HR people maybe?

Any new externship folks hear anything since doing their health screening appointments? Like where/when to report on June 7? ? trying to not be too nervous!

-------------------- told me at my second interview that the first week would be a 9-5 deal starting on June 7. Then after that all extern shifts would vary, but that first week would be the same for everyone, hope this helps!

I haven’t heard from HR either. I would assume it will be soon as I think we have to do a physical exam and drug testing as part of the process before June 7. I have a friend that was hired as PCT and she said it was very last minute when she was told to come in and do her testing before her start date...

Yes! I got an email after 7 pm last night! I got the position too! It did not say what unit, but as I only (second) interviewed with one unit I am confident it is the one I wanted! Did you get any info about which unit?

Hello everyone, I wanted to chime in as I am in the same boat. I did my first interview for Grady externship and then a second (on April 7) with my first choice unit (NICU). -------------------- said that I would hear something in a week, but I have not heard anything yet. Your thread has made me feel sane as it has been well over a week! Good luck everyone!
