Hi Everyone! I am a senior nursing student. For my transitions class, I am working at a very bougie hospital on a maternity floor doing L&D, PP, nursery, and NICU nursing. It's honestly my dream floor-- it's gorgeous and well organized and I love the staff. For my capstone, I am supposed to identify a potential problem on the unit (ie. racism in maternity, but maybe not that because almost all patients are white) and find ways to solve it. If there is any advice, I am all ears. Happy New Year

hey girl! have you heard back from Yale yet? My application still says "Under Review" and it's driving me crazy. I don't remember them specifying a date where they would announce interviews or offers, but I was just curious if you heard anything.
