I don’t believe it’s contingent on completing everything, just the Waiver and the notarized form. Just keep emailing or maybe even call. Do your TB at minute clinic. It was quick and easy

They finally released my fingerprinting on castle branch. But no one responded to all the emails I sent out. Check to see if yours were released to complete

How long did it take for you to get a response that you can go do your fingerprints? I’ve emailed twice the waiver and mailed it. But haven’t gotten any further instructions
