Anyone from the FB group that knows whether or not people who have joined are from the wait-list? Just wondering if they've begun to give people spots from the alternate list

Nope. I'm honestly not expecting to be taken off it tbh, I feel like my interview was abominable. But we should stay in touch, just in case.

Also waitlisted, can you ask an advisor where you are on the list?

Maybe there's a lot of applications that they had to review?

I think we'll probably find out around the 4 week mark.

I'm on the same boat honestly ? pretty much expecting an alternate or a rejection at this point.

I'm going to bite the bullet and do it when I get home from work. Did you feel like you were well prepared with the practice questions they sent, or other online resources?

I was but now doubt and worry have slowly started to creep in ?

Yay, I got mine too. I think from the info session they said they had about 350 applications and 132 seats so about 2.5 applications per seat, but not every application gets an interview so making it this far is a good indication in terms of odds for us. Hopefully, the interviews go well!

How long was your interview?

Thanks for the info! How traditional was the interview? Were there any MMI / scenarios questions in your interview? How well would a list of commonly asked nursing interview 50-100 questions prepare you for the interview?

Were the interviews done with another person? I heard that it was in pairs, but I've also heard that it was you pre-recording your answers.

It's Arizona. Does anyone know if an individual anatomy class and an individual physiology class alongside respective labs would satisfy the Anatomy & Physiology requirement?

Submitted my application today! NurseHub helped me get a 95 on my HESI. Definitely take your time, could have scored higher if not for being fatigued. Reading Comprehension was a bit harder for me due to the longish passages and being brain dead at that point, it was my last section and also the one I did most poorly in (86). Take your hardest section first and easiest sections last (for me that was Math and Biology), which I took first and second. Also take the breaks they offer during the exam, I didn't because I was anxious but I should have had recuperated a bit.

Hey all, I was intending to apply this Fall, but after reading this thread I feel like I possibly don't even have a chance. My cum GPA is 3.3 ish, prereq GPA is about 3.35 I got a 95 on the HESI I have about 100 hours volunteering about 4700 hours working in healthcare (as a phleb and clinical tech) My GPAs are obviously so low that I'm pretty much taking a gamble and hoping my experiences and HESI score will at least get me an interview Should I talk to an advisor, or honestly just give it to me straight, am I being dumb to think I have a chance? I could re-take a few prereqs to bring up my prereq GPA but in order to bring up my cGPA I'd have to take about 4-5 more classes on top of working full time and even then it won't get past 3.4-3.5 by the time I can apply for next year.
