Hello, Anyone who got awarded the 2021 nurse corps loan repayment apply for a third year continuation? If so, have you heard anything back. My application still says "under review" and I'm getting nervous. Or if anyone knows the timeframe on when to expect an answer? Thanks

@EDRN713 Hi I am part of the 2021 nurse corp loan repayment cycle. I also noted that one of my payment wasn’t applied to correct loan. Did this effect you to get the continuation award?

Certified OB/ GYN RN Nurse Corp loan repayment DTI ~ 78% HPSA 14 Credit check 6/25 Finalist email 7/30 FYI…. If you have a Yahoo email make sure you check junk/spam folder both my email and my friend email went there instead of my inbox so you could miss your deadline if not on top it.

@Whnpj thank you for sharing. I fall under women’s health certified ob nurse however my I DTI is less than 100 and my HPSA score is 14. I got my credit check 6/25 just wondering if people who got credit check around the time I got mine have received notification of finalist or award. ? Maybe I still have a chance ??

@Whnpj you’re welcome. If you don’t mind sharing, what is your DTI , HPSA score and do you know when you received your credit check?

I had a friend who the same thing happened to her. She also had a Yahoo email and it was in her spam folder. She also put a request in and they did approve it because of the known issue. It took about a week and she was sent the offer again and I believe now she is waiting in a co-signature so reward still not guaranteed but at least going in the right direction. Good luck, I’m sure they will do the same. ?

Yes it does. I will be honest I’m hoping that is what helps me get it, as I am not in tier 1 with DTI >100%. I applied as an OB RN certified and from previous year post I don’t see too many RNs who get the it, that is where I am hoping the women’s health funding helps out. I also have my family nurse practitioner but I have never practiced as an APRN.
