Hi Navdeep, Being qualified means you have enough points to be placed in the lottery for ARC and SCC, but it doesn’t guarantee you a spot. ARC and SCC are separate programs but essentially all the qualified applicants for both programs are given a number and then placed in the lottery/pool of applicants. Then it’s just luck of the draw if you are selected. Of the qualified applicants, 30-40 are chosen for fall start and 30-40 for Spring start for ARC and SCC. Hope this helps. I did not get an email from Sierra so I assumed I did not get chosen in the lottery there.

Yes, they should email you at the email address you gave on your application. But they only inform you if you were accepted to the program.

I haven’t heard anything yet either. I’m hoping someone posts as soon as they hear. I know they don’t inform you if you didn’t get in so it’s nice to hear when someone gets their acceptance.

Good luck to everyone again this round!! Fingers crossed this is the one for all of us! Did anyone apply to Sierra College? It’s nice to hear when people are notified as to when they get into various programs since most don’t notify you if you didn’t.

Hi all, Don't worry if it still says received. It seems to update in batches. If this helps, there is a little tab to the side of your status and if you click on it it shows this information: As long as it doesn't say Missing Required Documents or Application Not Qualified, then you will most likely update to qualified in the next batch.
