  1. I agree! This is very discouraging to future applicants! I know with other Community colleges, they gave points for people who actually went to that school and took pre-reqs there, having previous medical background experience, being in the military, and people who have a degree already. I only applied to Chemeketa because I felt I had a chance since it was based on grades and exam score. This new application point system will definitely be interesting.
  2. Yes it was the same.
  3. I’ve been waiting three years to get in. No way am I dropping out now! Haha
  4. I'm trying to plan for childcare once nursing school starts. Does anyone have an idea of what the schedule is supposed to be like? TIA
  5. Thank you! ?? Thank you!!
  6. I just wanted to share that I was alternate #3 and a spot became available for me! I'm so excited to start this journey!
  7. Yea. I’m sure that’s what they did.
  8. Congrats to the ones that got in! ?? I just checked again and I got alternate #3.
  9. I haven’t gotten an email yet!
  10. Seriously!! Hahaha
  11. OMG!! That is GREAT news! ????
  12. I love that song and I love Brett Young!
  13. I have a feeling I won’t get in either. At this point I’m hoping to at least get on the alternate list! Good luck everyone! ???? We hear this coming week!
  14. I have the same mind set. If the points are finalized, then why would it take a whole month to figure out the top 40 plus alternates? I’m not trying to be rude either. I know they have other responsibilities but I feel like this is not a time consuming thing. At least, it shouldn’t be. My acceptance/regret of the program will determine my living situation this fall so the sooner I know, the more time I have to figure it out.
