  1. Learning how to eliminate answers is what has seemed to help me the most. Usually, one is blatantly wrong. Then, there is another you can eliminate and the 3rd will be similar to that (for instance, both involve perfusion), leaving only one choice (if it is a multiple choice). For SATA, you have to look at each answer as either right OR wrong and eliminate them accordingly. Any answer involving nontherapeutic communication is WRONG and easy to eliminate. Definitely know therapeutic vs nontherapeutic. For scope of practice, remember that CNA's cannot delegate, assess, or teach so eliminate anything involving those choices. For prioritization questions (which patient to see first), remember to figure out which one is happening NOW aka this is acute and needs to be addressed first. Hope this helps, sorry if ya already know this stuff! I'm just a student so still learning how to succeed myself.
  2. Has anyone attended this program? If so, would you be willing to share your experiences?
  3. Complio was so annoying and I'm glad I'm done with that haha. I need to get my books.
  4. My name is Anabella, I'm in section 102. I'm so excited to start. Got my scrubs yesterday!
  5. That's really unfortunate!! Two nights a week isn't that much. You'd think they would be over the moon to find someone who works part time and would foster the older kids when they're so hard to place. Plus if they're going to school during the day you'd probably be awake by the time they came home. But anyway thank you for sharing your experience.
  6. Hello all! I'm interested in becoming a foster parent and maybe adopting later. Not sure when but I know it's in my future. Just wondering if anyone here fosters as a nurse or as a nursing student and would like to share their experiences? Thank you!! Really looking forward to hearing from anyone.
  7. You guys check your email! I got mine!
  8. I called yesterday and she said this week but she wasn't sure which day.
  9. I think I had 166pts. Hopefully the emails are coming next week early. I emailed admissions on the 19th and they said they'd be coming within the next two weeks. I guess I'm just being impatient, but I really want to know the status!
  10. I haven't heard back yet. I'm getting super antsy about it and hope they'll send an email soon.
  11. Hi all! I applied to Forsyth Tech's ADN program for 2021 this Fall. I'm just wondering if anyone else did and if they received an email about their status yet?
