Yes, my status changed to "recommended by department" about the same time everyone else's did (around a week ago) and changed again today to "provisionally admitted".

Hi UVic Team! My status just changed to "Provisionally admitted" today but I still have not received a formal acceptance email from UVic. Not too sure what the "provisional" refers to (maybe it's because I haven't completed the statistics requirement? maybe it means I'm on the waitlist?). Just wanted to post and see if anyone had a status change today as well!

Have you guys submitted copies of your official transcripts as well? I've only submitted unofficial copies of my transcripts but I understand that they can make a decision off of the unofficial documents as well...
