  1. Cath lab vs EP Lab

    Hello my fellow nurses! I need expert advise from reputable individuals. I have been a nurse now 7 years specializing in SICU/MICU and last 3 years ER. I recently interviewed with the Cath Lab and EP Lab and was offered both positions. I am now locked in a situation of which to choose. Both positions offer the same schedule which is 7am-5pm 4 weekdays, however, Cath lab you’re on call one night a week and 1 weekend a month. Whereas, with EP no on calls no weekends and no holidays. Which position is more interesting and which would you go with? Thanks everyone!
