  1. I applied to a few other new grad programs that didn't send me a rejection letter either. It's a little frustrating but I know they interviewed a few people this week. My advice is don't lose hope but also keep boosting that resume and apply, apply, apply.
  2. Thanks for starting this chat!
  3. Hi everyone! I started a FB group for us called "Providence TIP program April 2021" https://www.facebook.com/groups/212600387314699
  4. Yay congrats! I got ED ? what unit are you in??
  5. @WesternNurse @rxrocky Even before they called me with the news mine said ED. So I’m not sure what float means. What units did you preference?
  6. Hi guys! I felt like my interview ran very smoothly Tuesday as well. Then Thursday morning my application was "withdrawn", I freaked out for a second and then realized a new application was opened for "RN residency - with my unit" ? Did you guys get a call today? It didn't look like they interviewed a lot of people, so I'm not sure how many people they accepted? Congrats to everyone who got job offers and those that didn't just know that your time will come. Don't lose hope. I think it's easy to compare yourself to others, but everyones journey is different. There's also a TON of COVID jobs right now that pay almost double what these new grad programs offer. So there's lots of options until you get accepted into a program.
