WSU BSN Spring 2022
God bless you, my friend! LOL. Amazing that you got accepted in CA. I know that's VERY competitive.

I can confirm I was offered a wait-list spot this morning. Congrats to those accepted!

WSU BSN Spring 2022
I already did my FAFSA and my general app to the University, but I was accepted to an ADN program in the town where I live so I'm putting off housing. I would like to visit Spokane for sure.

I hope we hear back soon! The wait is killing me. It's so hard to manage that balance between thinking positive and protecting myself from high hopes.

WSU BSN Spring 2022
The questions were super tricky. I don't think I could have prepared for some of them, because I felt like they were very specific to nursing. Crossing fingers for all of us!

I don't feel very confident. But I'm hoping it went okay!

WSU BSN Spring 2022
Hi all, Chiming in because I just received an invite to interview. I recently applied to UW and was rejected, but all applicants got an interview. It would be a major move to Spokane and I'm trying to decide if I truly have a chance or if I should just continue operating under the assumption that I'm staying put. Is this another situation where all applicants get interviews?

UW Seattle BSN Fall 2021
Hey all, I received a missing items email a couple days ago and immediately got on Parchment to send the missing transcript electronically. Both parchment and my community college have confirmed that the transcript was sent as of 3/23, but I am not seeing a download confirmation. Per the notification's instruction, I replied to my email to ask if they could confirm whether the document was received. Today I received a second Missing Items Portal notification, this time letting me know that there was an error with the upload function of the portal (which I didn't need to use because my transcript needed to be official). It was the same as the original email otherwise. Does anyone know if there is a particular person or office I should contact within the office of admissions to sort out if my application is complete?

UW Seattle BSN Fall 2021
Thank you. I think I wrote a compelling personal statement, but I didn't have any extracurriculars. My leadership experience was combined with my healthcare experience on my resume (they were formatted separately, but my leadership experience was from my work experience). I*think* I have a good letter of recommendation, I filled out the optional statement explaining that health issues and motherhood have had an impact on my academic history...I know I've done all I can. Seeing the stories even in this thread of highly competitive applicants getting denied from programs just makes my heart sink. At the end of the day all of us are in this same uncertain boat, and my heart is with all of you as you go through this process with me. Best luck to every one of you out there.

UW Seattle BSN Fall 2021
Hello, I'm a WA state community college student that applied. I felt a lot more confident before I submitted my application than I do now. I'm realizing my GPA may be too low, but I'm hoping my personal statement was compelling enough. Has anybody heard anything yet? I'm guessing they send out all the notifications at once in April, but I thought it would be worth a shot.
