    Hello this is my first time posting but I am really stressed and confused. I am trying to apply for the CA NCLEX initial exam through breeze as an out of state program applicant and they are trying to charge me $750 (the international student fee). So first of all are we supposed to pay a $350 fee to apply on breeze and then go to Pearson vue and pay another $200 for the NCLEX?? When do I do my live scan and how do I know if my picture is 2x2? Am I supposed to attach my school transcripts to the application? I don’t know if I’m overthinking this but I’m just stressed because it states on the website that if they deny the process then the fee will not be reimbursed and I can’t afford to pay another fee.
