We really do have to buy the books for first sem bc of the access codes, there’s also assignments through the book as well that are for a grade. After first sem, there aren’t as many access codes. ? Also, I was someone like you as well! I never really studied as much but this program is so demanding and rigorous, you’ll learn how to study girl! UTMB is very good at making sure you know everything you need to know (and then some) within a short amount of time so you will definitely be more challenged than someone who has already learned their study techniques. (Ex: I never had to study and struggled when hit with the new material compared to my friend who has had to study hard her whole life - so she was prepared for the course load) the material you will see in nursing is so different than regular university but once you get the hang of it, you’ll see you know way more than you think!

I am so surprised as well! I am used to seeing a bunch of replies on the older application cycles, especially this close to the application deadline. I am actually no longer applying to TWU because I got admitted into another one of my choice schools! Good luck to you and everyone else!!

Also guys I mentioned earlier that the new questions for this year are less than 900 words, that was a mistake! I was working on my application today and noticed that it is less than 900 CHARACTERS, sorry for the misinformation ?

sorry for the late reply! TEAS: 83 Science GPA: 3.8 I believe my score is around 43-44, I can't remember exactly! I am applying to Houston!

Hey! My score is around yours and I'm applying to the houston campus as well! I've debated on retaking my TEAS a third time, but I do not think I will because a lot of people say you don't score much higher after the second time. Have you applied to any other schools? As for the new application process, I am really excited! I feel like it gives the school a chance to get to know us a bit more personally - kind of like a mini interview!

Hey guys! So I am applying to TWU houston campus for Spring 2022, there isn't a thread for my applicant pool yet so I was wondering if anyone here can give me advice? My stats are currently: nursing GPA 3.8 TEAS 82.7 admission score 43.13 Do you guys think that is good enough to get into the houston campus for Spring or should I look into taking the TEAS again?? Also, what study tools did you guys use for the TEAS?
