Stanbridge University or West Coast University
Im currently attending west coast. It was my last resort after multiple attempts to get into an ADN program. I choose westcoast over standbridge because they didn't allow me to transfer over my GE but not sure if that has changed. West coast provides students with great resources, good professors, they go above and beyond for their students, and they have good connections with choc st Joseph’s and many other hospitals. Alumni who came of out the program said they made the money back just fine. With all that being said I think people just hate it for the tuition but its a great university and im sure youll like it ! ?

Nice! I just had my financial aid appt. It is pricey but they help and give you ways to cover the cost. I need to cover $22,000 per academic year, after FAFSA and fed loans. Id rather not take out any private loans so Hopefully through scholarships and cal grants ill be able to cover the rest , but I just don't know if ill be able to cover it by the June cohort. Good luck hopefully it all works out for you ?

Anyone attending WCU this year ? I made this forum to those starting at WCU in 2021 for BSN program. I applied to west coast and my start date is in June. Not sure if ill push my start date to august. I applied to ADN programs at community colleges but its so competitive to get it in and I don't want to keep waiting to start my career. So I transferred all of my pre-reqs except for one that didn't get accepted (chem). I have one semester of Gen ED at WCU since they require mandatory gen ED classes then I start core nursing. My grad date is October 2023. Any advice or anyone starting this year too?
