    A few months ago my nephew was hired for his first nursing role in which a positive marijauna pre employment drug test came back. Consequently, he was terminated. Will he be reported, as prior to this, he has not worked any job in over a year due to the pandemic and has never worked as an RN yet ? Secondly, if he is reported, what does a BON investigation look like in these cases? What would the investigation consist of? For reference, he just got his license in December 2020!
