Hi Nicole, I think there were @ 9 people that got in last year that were on the waitlist. I know someone that was called the week before class started. So many people apply to various schools or decide last minute nursing isn't for them. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. ?

Hi, Wanted to give an update that I received the acceptance letter today in the mail and the audit was done on May 11th in degree works. Good luck everyone ?

I was hoping that we would find out today but degree works hasn't been updated. Has anyone received any info?

My rubic was a 63, I took a lot of classes over again to get A's because I didn't do so great when I received my B.A. years ago. We should hopefully find out by the end of next week.

I am a previous student. Did you need to fill out a general application? They would have sent you an email with a massasoit email etc.

My last audit was on 2/25. To check degree works you need to log into mymassasoit and click on degree works students on the left hand side under launch pad.

Last year they changed degree works April 29th and a few days later they sent out letters.

Hi, Does anyone know if we will have an orientation day in August or before the nursing program starts? Still waiting on more details but haven't heard anything besides register for class and pay by August 9th. Thanks

Hi, I received the letter this afternoon and it just says to contact an advisor and to pay your bill by August 9th. If you decide you aren't interested in Massasoit they would like you to notify them by May 28th.

I feel the same way as you do. The other schools that I applied to sent me an email. Hopefully, we get something in writing soon. ?

Hi, I just had a chance to check degree works and my major changed to full-time Nurse Education! ?

Yes, we hopefully find out this week! Nothing has changed in my degree works since March 30th. I will keep everyone posted as soon as I hear anything. ?

My contact told me that we won't find out until the end of the month. ? I am still going to be checking degree works and will update everyone if I see any changes or audits.

It seems like every other college has sent out decisions. Everyday I check degree works in the morning and after 5. I am going to reach out to a contact tomorrow since Monday is a holiday and will update everyone.

Hi, Did they mention in your info session when the LPN to RN applicants would be notified? I am doing the full time ASN and they mentioned mid-April. My last audit was done on March 30th.

I almost gave up applying to BHCC because they kept saying my application was missing items even though I sent it in a number of times. I'm on the waiting list there.

I have 58 points and hope I never have to take the TEAS again. Taking the TEAS at home was a nightmare with proctor issues etc.

KLG, Thanks for letting us know. I just looked at the application portal and I have been waitlisted. Looks like they want me to fill out the info for a CORI and let them know if I would like to be kept on the waiting list. It would have been nice if they sent me an email. Congrats again!

Congrats on getting your acceptance letter! Did you get it in the mail? When is the deadline to let them know if you accept or not?

Hi, I am not sure when they will send acceptance letters out. I applied to Massasoit, MassBay, and Brockton School of Nursing. The Brockton location is still accepting applications but they are expensive, they accept around 100 people every fall.

I know it was delayed last year because of covid and securing clinicals. It shouldn't take that long this year because they don't need to read through essays. Hopefully we find out in April!
