  1. Finally got off the waitlist! :)
  2. I reached out to them twice already. It’s been almost a month and no response about my question. I’m guessing they are very backlogged. I haven’t seen anyone post about getting off the Nipissing waitlist. I had a friend that took the program a couple years ago tell me she had a classmate that had gotten off the Nipissing waitlist as late as August. We know some deadlines to meet acceptance criteria are happening at the end of June. So anyone that had accepted a conditional offer and not met the acceptance criteria should open a spot for us, as their acceptance would be revoked. Also, there still may be people out there that change their minds done the line and choose not to go to Nipissing. Only thing we can do at this point is wait it out ?
  3. I’m not sure as this is the first I’m hearing about filling out a form to accept a waitlist position. I haven’t received any indication that I had to sign a form so perhaps this year is different?
  4. I’m still waiting in angst. Would love to hear if anyone has gotten off the waitlist yet as well.
  5. I have a 3.7 in my Bio undergrad, so definitely feel it’s enough. I think my CASPer results could’ve been better, from what I hear, it’s weighed very heavily. I wish they would provide the score for that. It’s hard to assess where you can improve without all the details. I would really try to prepare as best as possible for the CASPer test. Best of luck!
  6. Bah I got an email today that I’m waitlisted. Disappointed but I’m happy for all of you that got accepted. Best of luck to all ❤️
  7. May I ask how did you find your CASPer ranking?
  8. Mine still says “No Decision Made” and no other updates on the outstanding documents, although I have submitted this last week. Maybe they’re still updating the portal which is causing delay for some applicants?
  9. Nothing yet here. Has to be this week. Not really understanding the delay since we didn’t have to submit any other documentation. Unless they’re understaffed and behind? I feel we should hear back by end of this week or first week of May latest. Anything beyond that doesn’t make sense!
  10. Nervous yes! I was counting on the chance to submit a reference and personal statement. Feeling anxious since they dropped those admission requirements. Worse since I read this article https://www.Google.ca/amp/s/beta.ctvnews.ca/local/toronto/2021/2/8/1_5300857.html But-Absolutely nothing we can do about that. I guess best action is to try to stay positive. Did you apply to more than one program? I had applied to York second entry, but I really like Nipissing SPP. My friend graduated from the same program a couple years ago and she had an amazing experience. Anyway, hopefully we hear back soon with acceptances! ?
  11. In the spirit of the last two years applicant posts (which I found super helpful): Hello all! I’ve applied to Nipissing's Scholar Practitioner Program for Fall 2021. I’m super excited/anxious about it and would love to connect with other students who have applied. How’s everything been going through your application process?
