  1. Can I ask how they notified you? My application is complete and I don’t know if I should be looking for an email or a letter or if there is a certain schedule when they send out decisions. I’m trying to be patient!
  2. Has anyone had problems with their transcripts not being received? I requested transcripts on Jan 1 and Jan 2. On the portal for one, it shows as not received. I received an email from the admissions department for the other program this week asking me if I had sent it. I reviewed both requests, confirmed I filled out the forms correctly, double-checked that I sent them and the receipt to the right email address, etc. The Elsevier online chat won't help and you cannot get a live person on the phone - the instructions just tell you to send an email to the same transcripts email address. It's been days and there's been no acknowledgment of my email. I am so frustrated because there is no way to follow up on this. Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, how did you resolve it?
