  1. I feel you. I'm really hoping for UC Davis because it's the most convenient. I know that sounds like a bad reason to pick a program but I have 2 kids I really don't want to uproot again since we just moved to CA 6 months ago to be closer to family. I have a sister in SF so USF is a possibility for exam days or days I don't want to commute. The cost of living in SF is too high and I would need to keep my job at least part time. The problem with that is it would really cut into my studying and I don't even know if my company would give that option. Do you plan to enroll into whichever accepts you first or wait for the results from all the schools?
  2. I've also applied to UC Davis. Do you have a first choice? Good luck with everything ???
  3. Crossing my fingers that we all get in to the SF cohort!
  4. 3.8 is a competitive GPA. I don't think have to worry on that front. I got into Rush University's very competitive program with a 3.65 and they said that was competitive.
  5. Hi! Does anyone know how many they're accepting into the Spring 2024 SF cohort? TYIA!!
  6. Thank you for answering!! Wishing you the best of luck this round!!
  7. Does anyone know where they are at in their waitlist? For those who came off the waitlist....how many days did Rush give you to decide? Thank you!
  8. Mine used to say that too. Now it says 2021-2022. Maybe they're correcting it slowly?
  9. Do you mean FAFSA? https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/FAFSA
  10. Yay!! I'm so glad ?
  11. Are you able to reset your password?
  12. There's a link to the website in the email. Maybe I had to do more steps because I didn't have Microsoft. The doc included Username, Email, Temporary Password, and Student ID. It was needed to set up sign in to the portal
  13. You'll need to download the word doc. open it, set up your portal log in by downloading Microsoft and logging into that. It took me a while to get everything completed to see my financial aid package.
  14. Check your emails! Log in info has been sent ?
  15. @t_ericaw Thank you!! That helps a lot ?.
  16. @t_ericaw When you were first accepted, did you get any scholarships or grants that were need-based in the financial aid package or did they only offer you loans? TYIA!!
  17. Don't give up hope yet. May I ask what number you are?
  18. Here's the FB group for Cohort 30 ? https://www.facebook.com/groups/502643367397056/permalink/502643374063722/ If the link doesn't work, please let me know or search for us. ?
  19. Congrats! I made a FB group... will post link soon ?
  20. I'm in!! WHOOOO HOOOO! ?? I'm so excited because it's the only school I applied to. Risky move....I know. I'm going to set up a FB group. I'll post the link when it's up for anyone who's interested.
  21. Don't loose hope because people get off the waitlist all the time ?. What number are you on the waitlist?
  22. I love how this group is so supportive of one another. Hope we all get to be classmates! May the force be with us ?
  23. 10 Days left.... Is anyone waiting for more than one school's decision? Or is Rush the last? Where does Rush rank on your list of preferences if you've applied to more than one program?
  24. @wgreguol I heard they usually get 400 - 500 applicants but @nutbutter_girl heard 300 - 400. Rush accepts only 76 regardless of number of applicants. If it's 300 - 500 applicants then the acceptance rate is anywhere from 15.2% to 25.3%. Hope that helps!
