  3. I was recently contacted by my board of nursing about 2 missing Ativan at a Facility I worked at for less than a month almost a year ago. According to them I signed a med delivery that included this and it was to go in the facility cubex. The pharmacy says an audit was done and the medication was unaccounted for. I was never contacted by the facility about this. This occurred apparently on my last fay with the facility. I left there for a different job. I don't even remember this incident and never had access to the cubex. I did a web interview with a state board person and a pharmacy representative. I felt like the pharmacy person was trying to get me to admit that I self administratored it, which us something I would never do. I have not heard anything else from this and was wondering how worried I should be.
