So I've been looking at the view count for my DNP essay submission on Youtube (the optional one) and its been 0 (last time I checked was yesterday, the 31st). Just checked again and, yall, theres a view LOL so they're still looking at apps and I submitted mine early January.

For sure! But 5/31 is a holiday so I anticipate its either gonna be today OR June 1st ? Which knowing UF, loved them during my undergrad but theyre def finnicky af, its gonna be June 1st if they stick with their original emails. Or, they'd surprise immensely if theyre working on a holiday and actually do send it out the 31st.

USF FNP (Got in) UCF FNP (Got in) Belmont FNP (Got in) Georgetown MSN (In) John’s Hopkins FNP (Interviewed) Colorado U FNP (BIG no from them ?) UF taking they sweet time and of course they’re my number 1 hahaha I do wanna add this little bit and hope it helps! I have friends and coworkers in the program and their academic and professional backgrounds all range insanely different. Some of them have had 0 exp (at the time of app) and 3.5+ But a ton of volunteer exp and they got in. I have coworkers that had 3.2+ with 4+ years exp and got in. Likewise, I have people who got 4.0 and got rejected even with exp or volunteer exp. it really is a holistic look. the programs that my buddies applied to all ranged but there really isn’t one that’s any harder to get into than the other (so they say). Have faith!! We all got this ? no one is out of the running till they say no haha

I agree to just accept and back out when UF says yes. I just did the same for another school to make sure I don’t put all my eggs in one basket

Got my offer for the DNP-FNP program yesterday! (3/17). For those who are wondering, app was verified and under review 2/11, interview offer was 3/2, interviewed on 3/5 and offer came 3/17! ? good luck everyone!!

Hi! There’s always a chance. I applied with no experience. I have mentors and friends who got in with no experience. They look at you holistically and take into account volunteer experience, clinical experience, grades, work experience, your essay etc you got this!!

Wasn't sure if this was mentioned or not yet but does anyone know the living distance expectation? I know its hybrid you'll have to be in Florida but did the school mention you HAVE to stay in Tampa or is like nearby fine?
