Received my offer today! To everyone still waiting, you've got this!

@nurseksbp did yours say "RN I (with the selected unit) and then you got the call? I did my interview on 2/24 with St. Joe's so I'm super antsy!

I just checked my portal and it it changed from TIP to RN I - does that mean I got it?! TIP says "We've received your application withdrawal and wish you well." RN I says "Interview completed"

This anticipation is killing me - soooo happy for everyone who is getting calls. Fingers crossed for the rest of us!!!

What units?! OMG so happy for you! Did anyone else get told at the end of your interview you'd know in twoish weeks and it would be from he the HR people?

Heck yeah - I mean it's not like we're MSN level with 20+ years experience.. as long as you put your best foot forward I'm sure you're solid. I've heard from others that it was super selective on who they gave out interviews to and they basically cherry picked so that's a great sign!! Case study? Spill the tea on that - help a homegirl out. I'm stressing about this interview coming up... I honestly hope we all get jobs and then one day we're like hey dude remember that TIPS forum - I was on it LOL.

Did you do the video on demand or was it that Zoom interview that HR sends?

I scheduled my NCLEX for 3/5/21. The recruiter said that as long as you pass your NCLEX prior you're fine.

@Raineday did you apply for the LA or the OC position? Mine is still saying "Thank you! We have received your submission." updated on 1/23/2021

Does anyone know when the residency is going to be reviewed... I feel like they're going to get all the fellows then move to residents.

Has anyone that applied for the Residency seen their status change from "Thank you! We received your submission" to "We're reviewing"? I know when you click on the link it says it can take a few days to a few weeks - I guess just getting antsy!
