Hahaha I've been pretty anxious too! I heard back from Saint Joseph in Burbank but haven't gotten anything from Providence OC locations. I applied as an internal candidate and listed Mission Hospital as my first choice. 3 of my coworkers heard back from Mission Hospital today to schedule an interview for February 26.

Providence TIP is offered in several LA and OC/High Dessert locations. LA: Holy Cross in Mission Hills, Saint Joseph in Burbank, Cedars-Sinai Tarzana, Little Company of Mary in Torrance & San Pedro, and Saint John’s in Santa Monica OC/High Dessert: St. Joseph of Orange, Mission Hospital (Mission Viejo & Laguna Beach), St. Jude in Fullerton, and St. Mary in Apple Valley

Yes! I just received an email from Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank for an interview on March 1st. I applied as an internal new grad and listed med-surg/tele (1st), step-down (2nd), and critical care (3rd) as my choices.

Yes! For Providence LA, my status updated to "We are reviewing your application" on 1/21/21. But for Providence OC, it still says "Thank you! We have received your submission."

Was told that they will begin to interview the RN Fellows first. So, for RN Residents, we might not hear back until mid-late February.

I still haven't heard anything.

I addressed it "To the Providence Hiring Committee/Manager." You can also keep it simple and use "To Whom It May Concern" ?

Hmm, I didn't apply for the RN Fellowship TIP Program so I can't answer that. But for both the RN Resident TIP Program applications (LA & OC), I was asked to select my top 2-3 unit preferences. If you never received a confirmation email and if you don't see your application on your dashboard, I would suggest submitting again. Try a different browser and also be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Hey! Not sure what you're asking exactly but you would still be eligible to apply for the Providence TIP program if you've worked at another acute hospital for 6 months or less, as long as you meet the other requirements for the new graduate RN. If you're asking whether or not you should include that experience in your application, I highly recommend not hiding it. When you're filling out paperwork and providing your SSN, your prior employments will come up in a background check. The Providence TIP application closes on Monday, January 25. Hope this helps!

My status for the Providence LA app says: We are reviewing your application. But my Providence OC status is “Completed.” Does anyone know what “Completed” means?
