Bellevue College ADN fall 2021 applicants
Our clinicals are assigned every quarter and they vary between 8hr and 12hrs every quarter. Fall quarter- I am at harborview for 12hr days once a week. I think I only have 4-5 days of clinicals fall quarter and they start that the end of October. I can already see my clinical assignment for Winter quarter and I will be doing two 8hr days instead of one 12. It seems like we have to go into campus about once a week for a half day or full day of class and then about 2 online class days 8:30-11:20am. We seem to have one weekday off every week. Our schedule is confusing and no two weeks are the same. They also can change the schedule at any time. Hope that helps!

They are very clear that your schedule could change at any moment and that we need to be available 7 days a week. (Could have clinical’s on the weekend). They also advise no traveling during the program- at least out of state because there are events and classes that could happen even when school is not in session. We had a bunch of stuff due for orientation on July 7th which was laid out in 2 canvas courses online. It was pretty time consuming. Hope that info helps!

They still have not released the fall quarter schedule! We are hoping it happens soon because we have work and childcare to arrange. I’m sure the covid situation complicates things. The Bellevue course list says “online” but that is not up to date. The last we heard- we would be doing a hybrid model of in-person and remote. As of now, I have one 12 hour clinical day at harborview fall quarter on Mondays. Good luck!

Hello, the orientation is a private zoom meeting invite that they asked not to share. I’m sorry. ? There is a few months before the program starts and I do believe people will drop so I still think you have a chance! I’m sorry but I’m not comfortable sending the meeting link out. I sincerely hope you all get in and get news soon!

Congrats on finishing the application! Was your cumulative science score 2.99? Or just the cumulative for all of the prerequisites? That’s great that you were able to get 14 or 15 points without the GPA points. You must have scored high on the tests? I’m sitting at 15 points. People have gotten in with 13 points in the past so I’m hopeful. It seems that nursing schools have gotten more competitive through the pandemic. ?

Bellevue College ADN program Fall 2020
Hello! Did you end up getting in? I am planning to apply this next week for a fall 2021 start and am wondering how competitive Fall quarter was last year. If you don't mind sharing, how many points did you apply with?

LWTech Spring 2021 applicants
No. I got declined. 84.7 TEAS and 38.2 GPA. 63.61 points. I’m bummed. I must have been close. Did you?

I think you will get in! My friend got in for their Fall 2020 cohort with a 3.82 and an 82.7 on the TEAS and fall quarter is supposedly their most competitive quarter. I have comm and micro done but not NUT. Are you applying anywhere else?

LWTech Spring 2021 applicants
That was my exact score too! Funny. My GPA is a little lower than their averages too. 3.82 for the courses they count. I was hopeful when they included prior education points because I have a a BA but now I’m worried the GPA/TEAS averages will be more competitive as more people can apply with the removal of the medical license and prior ED requirements. Good luck to you too! m

Well good luck! I’m hoping there will be less applicants because of the COVID distributions but probably not. ?

Hi Meng Ling! I just applied to the LWtech Spring 2021 cohort and they notify applicants at the end of February. I you don't minds sharing, what was your GPA and TEAS for LWtech application? They post their average scores online but I am curious what individual's scores were. What school did you end up accepting? Good luck on your first quarter!
