It sounds like a lot of people are hearing different things, I talked to him before my interview and he said by Monday and he told someone else I know by Monday but then someone else told me sometime next week. The reference check is a good sign but it’s not 100% because they also send it to two or three alternate candidates? That’s why I’m still pretty anxious about it because I really just am praying for a confirmation!!?? The reason he told me Monday is because the on boarding process takes about four weeks

How do you know if you are an alternate or not? And that’s a good question tbh, I would assume the department but not sure

Congrats! He also told me it was sent to alternates meaning back up candidates in case someone said no to the residency. Does anyone know when we are going to hear back about final decisions?
