OK great! I got bloodwork to prove that I have all of the vaccines last year. Not sure if that would be acceptable. I don't have a primary doctor in chicago. Do you guys have any recommendations of places to get blood titers just in case I need them. Thanks in advance!

Hi Nitya, Yes, you can go ahead and register for the TEAS. I'm assuming you got the documentation package what was sent once you applied. I have a question not sure if you know the answer. Oh okay. I took those classes with Ramon Castro. Yup that’s the math class I have to take. They told me last minute that the prior math classes I have taken are “too high” for the nursing program. Otherwise I would’ve taken it over the Summer. Nice! Your cousin can give you some tips on the exam. I started studying this week. So much information.

That's awesome! Who are you taking Bio 227, and Micro with? I took Bio 226 last Spring and Bio 227 over the Summer. I am taking Micro in the fall. Might have to take a math class as well since my math class transferred as Math 14o and they say that it is top high of a math class. Did you start studying for your TEAS yet?

Hi Guys! Did anyone here take the CLEP for math. I'm going to apply for Spring 22 but my math transferred as 140 so I have to either CLEP the math or take a math class.

Hey Future_RN_25, No, I'm still waiting for the school to receive one of my transcript. Even tho I sent it over a month ago. I can't even apply to the program because my math and English are on that transcript. So I might have to call and see what is going on. Hey Lise Lu, What did you use to study for the TEAS and how long? I am planning to take them eventually LOL

Same here. After you mentioned you have to take certain math classes I def need to attend an info session. I have read that the science section in the mometrix book doesn't go into too much details on things. Are you using any other resource for practice test or just the mometrix book? Youtube for science Susanna Heinze is a popular one. You should check her out. Crash course as well can be helpful.

No worries! Hope the year gets better for you! I have not taking the info session because they we full. But I didn't know that about math. I myself have a BS. I'm going to have to double check which math I have taken in the past. That sucks that you have to take a math class. Yes I know we have to do it during the window. I meant like wait to see how the class is and see if I can handle studying it myself. A lot of people recommend taking those science classes before the TEAS. But it doesn't seem like CCC needs a certain requirement for the science section on the TEAS. I'm glad to know someone else is self studying the science section tho. Makes me feel a bit more relaxed. Honestly I haven't studied yet. I had a lot going on last semester that I completely forgot when the application opened. But I have the mometrix ATI TEAS secrets book. And have read the ATI practice test and a view Youtube videos are helpful. When do you plan on taking the TEAS.

Hey! I'm glad you started this. Yes the application starts on January 4th. I have not taken the TEAS yet. I have finished the prereqs. Currently enrolled in A&P1 this Spring. Not sure if I should wait until that class is over with to take the TEAS or just try without finishing AP1. How about you? Have you taken A&P yet?
