Agree, it seems like mail is the way all previous years have been communicated with. I only applied to SCSU. I am unable to relocate so my options were somewhat limited by geography but I also personally had a hard time justifying the tuition of other local programs when SCSU is a fraction of the price. So it really came down to cost for me.
