    Hello everyone, I am new to the role of nurse manager and would love some advice and guidance! I currently manage a 16 bed ortho/spine/plastic unit in a specialty hospital. The hospital is under construction and will have 25 beds added. I will be soon be managing a 41 bed unit! I am currnetly seeking help in calculating my productivity and any assistance in justifying setting up an weekend option staff. All recomendations are welcomed and needed. Thanks in advance! letw1
