  1. Thank you so much, I'm always so clueless on what to say. Cause they say not to "lie" to them in training. I gave them a glass of milk and some graham crackers then that's when I walked them back to the room after they ate. I appreciate your advice. ♡
  2. I work in a dementia unit and tonight a resident wanted to leave. I explained to them that we could go in the morning and that they could get sleep here for the night. Is this a bad approach? otherwise I don't think they would've went into bed. We are in a locked unit and I told them that we are locked up here till the morning. I know this is therapeutic fibbing. But can someone tell me what I should say to them without lying?
