Do you guys know if we will get a response if we do not get accepted? I was pretty sure I received a confirmation email but now I cannot find it. This wait is so stressful!

Oh OK and no I haven’t received any email yet. I was just getting super inpatient. Would we also get an email back if we did not get accepted. I submitted an application twice because I did not see the confirmation email but after checking my spam and junk mail I did see it for my first application
