Did you get in? Or alternate? I don’t think so. Within the nursing CAS application they have us upload a copy of the score and breakdowns. I don’t think I actually paid for it to be sent over.

Ya something is off. I saw on another post for Fresno state Spring I think that it’s a excel sheet and they start with pre req GPA move to over all GPA and the TEAS if they get that far, which obviously they did this year. I don’t think it has anything to do with demo or volunteer anything cause they didn’t even have us put that stuff in.

@pumpkin2 and Emily, is your 4.0 just pre reqs or is that your overall too?

4.0 and 81..... I still can't believe how many of us our on the alternate list with 4.0. When I had talked to a nursing counselor she looked over all my stuff and said I for sure would get in.... Seems the cut off keeps getting higher and higher. I think I read last year it was 3.9. It's so discouraging. Man seems like a lot of us.... and there has to be more not on this forum.

Last year they found out on March 18th. On their admissions website is states that acceptance or declinations start March 15th but not pertaining to nursing necessarily but the school in a whole. I think we can expect anywhere between March 18th and April 1st. But just a guess.

Yes. Application to the university closed in November. Once you apply to the university you then apply to the BSN program which is currently open.

From what I gather their first focus is prerequisite GPA. Your TEAS just needs to be over 75 and they don’t look at clinical. I think on the nursing app it tells us to not even put it in.

Looking at last years forum, it looks like they found out results towards the middle to end of March. Hoping its the same turn around this year.

Hello! So to be sure, we are only suppose to enter our prerequisites into this application? With in the college entry part, I started out putting ALL classes until I got to the end and read that they only wanted prerequisites. Wanting to make sure I am understanding it correctly.

Yea it’s weird cause in other forums I’ve seen people have found that out too in cohort past and even what they scored on their interview! I would love to know that LOL!

Thanks! My GPA was 4.0 and TEAS was 82. Nothing I saw had my interview score on there and I have no clue how many applied to Fresno. I wonder if we find that out at a later time?

I applied to the Fresno Cohort. We have had the same deadlines and our interviews were the same days I believe. We got emails of acceptance today. We actually got two emails and then our portal where the application says submitted had an acceptance or decline button. Good luck! I m sure you guys will start finding out soon!
