I’m already in the south Florida area and this was the only school I applied for this Spring start as no other ABSN programs in Florida start in the Spring and I didn’t want to relocate. If I hadn’t gotten in, I would’ve been applying for Summer term schools

hi! I applied on May 25th, received canelink May 27th. Went “under review” June 9th and acceptance on June 29th. My stats are very low and I was surprised in getting in. My undergrad GPA is a 3.2 and prereq is about the same

So I went ahead and made a facebook group. I named it “UM ABSN Spring 2022” Yes it’s 42k instead of 40k as of last year Spring, plus the nursing fees

Based on previous threads, acceptances typically go out the very end/beginning of each month. In this thread, there’s been acceptances the end of April and end of May.

Definitely good. They are moving quick because I just submitted my app May 25th. I was told give a decision up to 8 weeks to be made

Mine does as well! From previous threads that means they’ve received everything and now we wait on the application under review email I think. Not really sure but very anxious! I also have a prereq in progress but was told to send once the course is over which will be on the app deadline

Thank you for responding!! I am in the last semester of my degree which ends August 1 (the deadline of the program) and have anatomy 1 lab in progress! I hope me not having a degree yet doesn’t prolong this process. Thanks again!

Yes, I actually am and I am a realtor. Coral Gables living is VERY expensive due to the close proximity to UM but there are surrounding cities you could try with lower prices but it'll be further from campus

UM is definitely my top choice but if I don't get in (fingers crossed that that doesnt happen), I will be applying to UNF,UF and UCF for Summer 2022
