  1. I wanted to start a thread for the MUSC ABSN Spring 2022 cohort since the application opened last week. I applied for the Fall 2021 cohort and was deferred to the Spring 2022 cohort, so I'm looking to connect with other people who will be in the program. Good luck to everyone applying! ?
  2. I haven’t heard back yet either
  3. Has anyone else found out if they’ve gotten in?
  4. Did you find out by email? Do you mind sharing your stats?
  5. I didn’t know that! That’s exciting!! Good luck everyone — I hope we find out soon! When did you apply?
  6. The admissions website says the application deadline for regular admission for Fall 2021 is February 15th and admissions decisions are made about 1 month after the deadline. So, looks like we won’t start hearing back until around March 15th. I hope we hear back sooner than that though!
  7. Do you mind sharing your stats? Also how do you like the program? Thank you!
  8. Thank you so much for your response! I tried to private chat you, but it says I'm not allowed to send private messages. Could you email me? My email is [email protected]
  9. Would you mind sharing your stats? Did you end up attending MUSC? If so how did you like the program?
  10. Good luck! I can't wait to find out - It looks like we will hear back around March 15th. Is this program your first choice? Did you apply to any other programs?
  11. Hi! I didn’t see a thread for the Fall 2021 ABSN program, so I decided to make one. Good luck to everyone who applied!?
  12. I submitted my application November 1st and received my acceptance on November 17th. I graduated in May with a degree in Allied Health Sciences. I have a CDT certification and 600+ hours of paid experience as a medical assistant/scribe in a dermatology practice. I also have 60 hours of volunteer experience at a hospital. Additionally, I took an EMT course at my college, passed the national practical, and had hospital and ambulance shadowing hours. I was a student athlete and my prerequisite GPA was 3.6 (all of my classes were completed before I applied). I received an email from ------------------ that my application was under review and to look out for an email with my CaneLink information. After 2 weeks I still didn’t have access to CaneLink. I contacted ----------------- and then IT to gain access to my account. I received access the same day. The next day I received an email and message notification in CaneLink that I was accepted. I hope this helps! Good luck to those who are still waiting to hear back and congratulations to those who have been accepted!
  13. Thank you so much for replying to me. I would really appreciate that! I tried to private message you on here but it said "You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day. Please try again later." My email is [email protected] if you don't mind emailing me. If not let me know how to contact you.
  14. Hi! I was just accepted for the ABSN Summer 2021 program. I was wondering if you could tell me a bit more about the program. What is the class/clinical schedule like? What is the experience like with covid? Are a lot of classes remote learning or are they mostly in person still? How hard is the program? I know it will not be easy, but do you feel that the assessments and work load are fair? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
