Hey everyone! First of all, congrats to those who got accepted! I’m still waiting to hear back. However, I was accepted to Drexel University’s ACE program. I do want to wait for Columbia’s decision before I commit to Drexel. Also, here are my stats/background: Cumulative GPA: 3.29/4.00 Pre reqs grades: AP1 - A/ AP2 - B+/ Microbiology - B+/ Psychology - A-/ Statistics - B/ Nutrition - B+ (I retook both AP1/2) Experience: Been working as an MA at an outpatient clinic for over a year. I volunteered at soup kitchens and a hospital. I was also a member of 3 clubs! Hope this helps!

Hey everyone! Thought I would inform you guys! I contacted someone from admissions and this is what they said about Portage Learning: Courses taken at Portage Learning can be considered for transfer credit. Hope this helps!

Hey everyone. So there is a possibility that I have to retake Microbiology or take an additional Biology lab to fulfill the 4-credit Microbiology w/ Lab. The Microbiology w/ Lab I took was 3-credits. I do want to take the course at a community college, but I came across Portage Learning, which is more affordable than cc. I would like to know if anyone took courses at Portage Learning. If so, how was your experience and did Drexel accept courses taken here?

I have file it again... I made the mistake of filing the 2020-2021 form instead of 2021-2022. Hopefully I’m not too late ?

Just wanted to keep you guys updated. One of my nutrition courses is approved and my application is “being reviewed”.

I’ve only been emailing one of the admissions counselor back and forth regarding this matter. But if I don’t hear from them tomorrow morning, I will give them a call!

So someone from admissions committee contacted me today about my nutrition courses. Apparently, they are not accepting the two I put on my application after I sent them the syllabus to both classes. I sent them the syllabus to another 2 nutrition classes. I am just hoping they will accept one of the two ?
