New Jersey friends: I have questions
Hi @Anagray I am a current New Jersey resident. Smart move to leave NY?. NJ has a variety of decent nursing programs I can suggest a few programs that may suit your plans Ramapo College of New Jersey (Offers RN to BSN bridge program), The College of New Jersey, Rutgers (New Brunswick) Moderately Selective but easier admission process if you already have an RN or other degree. Best of luck hope this helps

Starting Nursing School next Fall (Hopefully) and need motivation.
Best of luck to you. I was also in your position as well until I got accepted into my community college nursing program also starting in fall 2022. The best advice I could give is to get all your prereqs out of the way before you enter your program and continue to follow up about specific requirements to make sure that you are taking the correct steps. You can do this!!

How do you know nursing is the career for you ?
Hi, As a nurse you have a lot of options to consider, If you are passionate about psychology then I would explore that field of nursing. However, if you are early on in your nursing career and really want to switch then you could change your major. Remember, nursing is rewarding, and again as @Hope21 suggested it's entirely your decision not your parents. But if you're serious about switching do so early on. Hope this advice helps best of luck

I found the quizlets to be very helpful? do you know if there is a quizlet for the English section? Did you study right up until you took the exam? On the test itself does the math section provide Formulas. will keep this forum posted on how I do thanks for all your help

TEAS in October, help?
Hey, Glad to hear you did well on the exam are the practice test separate or is all in the same book
-
Proctor
No, it should not be a concern just make sure you have a stable internet connection. I would also contact the proctor/school if you are planning to read out loud because it may be viewed as cheating if you are required to have your microphone on during the test. Good luck ?

TEAS Exam
I saw your comment and all the books and other study materials are supposed to be up to date with the current version of the test

TEAS Exam
Hello I am also in the same boat as you expect I am planning on taking the test in September. I also have the same book as well the book is similar to the test because it provides all the strategies and concepts that you need to know. Having used this company before I found them to be helpful in achieving a passing score on the first attempt. However, begin that you only have a limited amount of time there is a practice test at the end of the book. Therefore, I would work through the practice test in the book and see how you do. As for proctoring, I am unsure of how that works. I think you will be fine let me know how you do and best of luck?

TEAS in October, help?
I haven't brought any ATI materials directly from the testing company. I only have mometrix products as of right now. I know on the ATI website they have a variety of prep options for first-time test takers. Sorry, this is not of more help let me know how these products work out for you!
