If it's considered in the section without certificate, how would they give points for that license? I'm a bit confused. sorry

I sent an email about whether or not an EKG license counted, but they didn't give a definitive answer. All they said was to submit proof of license with the application for review. If anyone knows if it does count please let me know.

Does anyone know if an EKG monitor technician certification counts? I feel like 79 would most likely put me as an alternate and five more points could make a difference. I just want to make sure I don't waste my time or money.
