  1. How is the Job Market for Experienced Nurses in Portland, Oregon?

    Hello I’m a 27 yr old male BSN RN with 2.5yrs of Medsurg experience under Northwell Health from NYC. I’m planning to move to Portland early next year and starting my license endorsement. I’m a little worried if I won't be able to get a job there. I have a few questions and would really appreciate the help. 1)How easily could I land a hospital job there? 2)Will my experience in NY give me a boost from the competition (resume wise)? 3)I currently make about $50/hr. How is the pay there? If you have any other tips you want to share please do! Thanks!
