For those who were admitted that graduated outside UH Manoa, are you guys taking the BSN option? I got an email from Chris about 2 weeks ago that we would have to take 2-3 classes from UH Manoa ONLY to qualify for the BSN track after our prelicensure year.

I applied on Oct 10. I got an email that my application was under review on Oct 19. Finally, I received my admission letter on Nov 20. Hope this helps timeline wise

For people who know someone who completed the program, I was wondering if you guys could share how the pre-licensure year is like. I know that for the first semester, students do clinical on the weekend — so we are expected to commit 6-7 days a week. I wonder what the hours are like though. Also, how possible it is to balance school and social life. Any advices before we start the program? We have 8 more months left before Fall 2021!

Hi JenRo808, I was just reading previous cohorts’ topic boards — cohort 2018 to be exact — and it looks like people who applied on Oct got their decisions by the first week of December. I guess that’s one more month of anxiousness for me.

For anyone who applied on October, did anyone get their acceptance/rejection decision yet? When can we expect it?
