  1. Sorry for the late responses! 4 years of ICU CCU experience, preceptor, taught classes, research project participation. ACLS CCRN CMC 3.6 GPA nursing school, graduate level anesthesia prep course GRE 319 w/ 4.0 on writing. It's all an exercise in persistence, apply to multiple multiple multiple programs!
  2. Thank you! I'm not sure what got me in exactly but resume wise 3 years CCU at the Mayo Clinic, Preceptor, Lead multiple presentations for committees, CCRN, CMC, ACLS. I did an online anesthesia graduate level prep course through Barry University in FL. Had a good GRE score, college GPA just above 3.5. I think the on-paper checked boxes got me the interview. Once it came to interviews it was just a lot of personality questions/what is a good CRNA and how are you a reflection of that. I didn't try to refocus everything to career but tried to answer as though someone asked me on the street, tried to show I had a life outside of nursing. They had some clinical type scenarios to make sure you weren't incompetent. Overall the process demands some perseverance. I got turned down at 4 places before I got in. Multiple interviews, but you just need one offer. Don't take it personally if you don't get in. Gonzaga had 150+ for 15 spots. It the nature of programs across the country. Be confident, research the school well, and keep at it!
  3. Did anyone else get into the CRNA program? Trying to make some contacts in Spokane, get ready for moving there from MN. Feel free to send a private message.
  4. Me too! I found out Friday! I can't wait to move to Spokane and meet everyone. I'll send you a DM
  5. I interviewed also. I heard that some years they let in even up to 10 people off the waitlist but other years only one of two from waitlist get in.
