Did anyone receive an interview for July? Just got an email today with an invite for an interview but I also received a rejection email in June? (This email did say at the bottom that they may reach out again if they need additional candidates). Just curious and hoping I wasn't sent an invite by accident/this is a mistake!

Did anyone receive an update to their Titan Degree Audit report? I'm curious because I was taking a look at mine and noticed that I have a few requirements that are "not satisfied"/"still need to be taken" but I fulfilled all GE's at my first undergrad institution.

I potentially am! Side note: Has anyone not received their official admissions email yet? I emailed --------------------------- and she said she would check in with the Office of Admissions but I'm getting a little worried ?

Hi there! I have chosen to commit to CSUF's ABSN program for many reasons but ultimately, I believe that program is a better fit for me. (Their schedule + length of program is ideal for me since I'm a second degree student and I really like the hospitals they have partnered with for clinicals) Nonetheless, CSULB is obviously a great program but I personally chose the program that fits best with my future goals. ?

Hi everyone, How do you know if your background check is cleared? I checked on castlebranch and some areas show "cleared/completed" but others show "in process". Do they send you an email? Thanks!

This is interesting! My email does not include this but perhaps it is because my admissions decision came from CSULB's Graduate Admissions team. I'll definitely be reaching out them to double check that it is also May 1st for us. Thank you!!

Congrats! Yes, I think that is the admissions decision. I double checked by using the Applicant Self Service portal and it states, "you have been offered admission", so I believe so! Side note: Does anyone know when the deadline to accept and/or deny admission is? It doesn't seem to state it in the email.

Shoot, I never received that confirmation email at all.. I emailed Nancy but she hasn't responded today either. I'm hoping I get a response by tonight or else, I'm not sure what to do tomorrow. So stressed!

I still have not received a confirmation email. Is anyone in the same situation? Getting worried because I originally signed up for the morning exercise.

I'm in the same boat as you. I haven't received a confirmation email yet and am getting nervous since it's almost Wednesday. I emailed her and she told me she was waiting on finalizations from the committee as well. I'm a bit nervous but we do have email receipts from her confirming that she knows we requested a time slot so that's at least a bit reassuring! I think I might email her again tomorrow around noon if I don't receive an update by then.

I have the same issue where I sent the official transcripts earlier in the application period but under my "To Do list", it says I need to send my official transcript again. I emailed CSUF Admissions but haven't received a response yet. I'm debating whether to just send another transcript since March 15 isn't so far away but also I have email receipts that CSUF Admissions received the official transcripts in January. Also, transcripts are not cheap so I would prefer to avoid having to pay twice for the same transcript to be sent ?

No, I did not! Unfortunately I did not have all the pre-reqs completed for the ABSN program. I applied to the regular BSN program, but I would still be considered a second degree applicant since I received my first bachelors already.

I contacted CSULA Admissions and they said to just keep an eye out and see if the status updates on Credential Solutions. Is there someone in particular you were able to get ahold of, that helped you out? Thanks! I'm a second degree applicant (so I'm not sure if CSULA is simply requiring it for graduate students who are applying) but I was emailed from CSULA Admissions that I had some "To Do tasks" with a deadline of 02/15/21. These tasks included sending them another set of official transcripts from all higher education institutions that I attended. If you did not get the email, I think you should be OK? Hope this helps.

Did/is anyone else having difficulty with transcripts being sent to CSULA Admissions? I know the deadline was 02/15/21 and I ordered them during the beginning of February but I noticed that all my transcripts had to be mailed physically and they're still "Out for delivery scan in Los Angeles, CA". I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any solution on what to do? I tried contacting Credentials solutions (the transcript service) and they basically said it was out of their hands and in the hands of USPS now..

I'm a second degree applicant and I spoke with a CSULB Admissions rep in Oct/November last year about this but she told me: For the general CSULB application (the 1st portion), CSULB requires all official transcripts to be sent to CSULB Office of Admissions. But the SON application (the 2nd portion) does not require official transcripts unless admitted or waitlisted, then they may ask for them. *When I was talking to her, I specifically mentioned that I was a second degree applicant so this could potentially only apply to 2nd degree students since we are considered graduate students when we apply. Don't know if this helps but if you didn't receive an email from CSULB Admissions about missing transcripts, I wouldn't worry about it too much!

Thanks for the response! My in progress unofficial transcript is for my microbio class that I took in fall. I'm pretty sure I received an A but I don't want to input it until my grades are finalized. Do you know if its possible to update my grade later on when the grades are published? I would love to have the A factored into my cumulative GPA

Does anyone know if it is OK to submit unofficial transcripts from community colleges that say "in progress" for the SON application? My fall 2020 grades still have not come out but the CSUF SON application is due Jan 15.

Does anyone know the deadline for when we need to submit our official transcripts to NursingCAS? I already submitted the NursingCAS application for CSULA but I am still waiting on Fall 2020 grades to post so I can send 2 final transcripts ? I think my professors are still working on them/really busy.
