Emory 2021 BSN transfer
I go to a 4 year university, but I don’t think it matters as long as you meet the requirements. Apply for the priority deadlines as they give scholarships to those who only apply early. Also, regular deadlines are on a space basis, they admit the majority through the priority deadlines.

Hey! I got the link yesterday, but couldn't join as I had a family emergency. Did they say anything about FA during the BSN session? All I saw on the page was the $1000 scholarship for submitting your deposit.

I can’t find the link to sign up. I remember getting one, but can’t find it in my email.

Emory 2021 BSN transfer
Nope! I was planning to, but since I already got accepted, I didn’t feel the need to apply since Emory’s priority deadlines/decision release are much earlier than the cycles of the other schools I was planning on applying to.

If you’re applying as a BSN transfer, only through Emory’s nursing site.

Has anyone that has been accepted received a FA package yet?

Emory 2021 BSN transfer
Got accepted for the early decision 2, but I still have not gotten my FA package and I sent my information months ago. I called them last week and they said it was processing. I’d imagine if that’s the case for everyone else, you won’t see people coming off the waitlist until FA packages start rolling in.

I haven't taken Anatomy or Microbiology. I have exposure to Anatomy though from my various biology classes. They didn't specify if they prefer TEAS over ACT. They just stated ACT, SAT, TEAS, or GRE but then said if you have a 3.5 GPA you don't have to submit a score.

Emory 2021 BSN transfer
I'm worried I don't have a shot. I just applied for the Oct 15 Priority Deadline. I was pre-med but switched to nursing. Realized this semester that nursing is for me. I have completed Physiology, Statistics, and Chem 1, but I'm planning on taking the rest of the pre-reqs in the Spring. I have a 4.0 GPA and I have done Bio 1 & 2, Ecology, Genetics, Calculus 1, and Sociology with a 4.0. I'm taking Chem 2, Immunology, and Portuguese right now, so not helping with the rest of the pre-reqs. I submitted an ACT Score of a 33 as well as I haven't taken the TEAS. I have volunteer experience at a hospital and I'm currently getting my Clinical Medical Assistant Certification and taking my exam in December. I'm fluent in Spanish as well and my mom went to Emory for her BSN and MSN. I got into Emory for my freshman year but didn't go as it was too expensive to justify it at the time. I would love to be able to go for nursing school.
